We're a Calgary deck builder and fence builder. We design and build bespoke decks and outdoor living spaces, and architectural fences, privacy screens, frameless glass windbreaks and automated estate gates — all engineered for Alberta's seasons.

Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes — we handle 100% of the bureaucracy. We prepare drawings and secure every City of Calgary permit, and we prepare and present HOA and architectural-control approvals on your behalf, so you never touch the paperwork.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Kimberley Outdoor Living is a licensed and insured Calgary-based builder with over five years' experience, and our projects are built by our own in-house craftsmen rather than unknown subcontractors.
Do you provide a 3D design before building?
Always. Before a single board is ordered, you receive a cinematic 3D architectural render of your actual home, so you see exactly how the deck or perimeter looks, feels and sits against your home.
What warranty do you offer?
A layered warranty: a 1-year workmanship warranty, our 5-year structural warranty, and 25–50 year manufacturer warranties on materials. Foundations are engineered to stay plumb through Alberta's freeze-thaw cycles and Chinook winds.
